| A hands-on attitude is adopted by all our
staff - involvement with you and your delivery is paramount. Your Customer Service Agent
can keep you up-to-date on the progress of your shipment at all times. Should there be any
delays or problems we will advise you straight away, by personal phone call.
Proof-of-delivery is available for every package, and we have all the modern monitoring
technology available that you would expect from an Express Company. The difference is we
use the technology to help us, it does not dictate our every move, we are not rendered
helpless by system failures or computer breakdowns, we will not use excuses to prevent you
