We at Sprint pride ourselves on our flexible approach to Express requirements. We do not just go by the Regulation Manual. You will find our staff trained to think, to question and to find solutions. We pride ourselves on our availability - service is available 24 hours a day. Call Customer Service and we will normally answer the phone in 3 rings - we definitely won't make calls queue or put you on hold waiting for a Customer Service Agent. Flexible, available and responsive - phone us, you'll be pleasantly surprised.

Small enough to give a personal service, big enough to deliver. Large integrated carriers seem impersonal, you have to fit to their schedules, and if you don't they can't tailor the service appropriately. Sprint can, that's where we are different. We are big enough and capable enough to give you complete peace of mind, yet friendly and small enough to remember it's you, the customer, who we're here to serve.
 

A Company That Sees Your Needs
 

A hands-on attitude is adopted by all our staff - involvement with you and your delivery is paramount. Your Customer Service Agent can keep you up-to-date on the progress of your shipment at all times. Should there be any delays or problems we will advise you straight away, by personal phone call. Proof-of-delivery is available for every package, and we have all the modern monitoring technology available that you would expect from an Express Company. The difference is we use the technology to help us, it does not dictate our every move, we are not rendered helpless by system failures or computer breakdowns, we will not use excuses to prevent you getting the information you need.
