I.gif (1019 bytes) What services are available from Sprint?

Sprint International Express offer a comprehensive range of domestic and international courier services. Next day delivery to UK and many European destinations is standard, however, for more time sensitive shipments we can also offer delivery by 9am or 12 noon, or even same day service. Timed deliveries to the USA are also available.
Where our standard service options do not suit your needs, we can nearly always find a tailored solution. For example, collections and deliveries can be made out of hours, on weekends and holidays. For your top priority shipments we can even assign a personal on-board courier to any destination in the world.
Our logistics department can help organise multiple courier consignments or mailshots, offering specialised storage, packing, labelling and inventory procedures for the most complex distributions.
We can also deliver your international mail, air and sea freight, in fact virtually anything - anywhere.

I.gif (1019 bytes) How do I package a shipment?

For your documents we provide strong plastic flyer bags. Please contact us as and when you require them. For larger parcels we recommend strong cardboard boxes with a minimum double thickness wall, sealed with packing tape. Remember to clearly label each part of a multiple consignment with the destination name and address, the airwaybill number and the total number of pieces. Alternatively, attach a copy of the airwaybill to each part. We provide window envelopes for this purpose. It is also advisable to put address and return labels inside the package.
We can arrange for any shipment to be professionally packaged to IATA standards at short notice. Please call for more details.
Please note that most airlines restrict the weight of any one courier piece to thirty kilogrammes. Please call for more information.
See also, the Shipping Guide.

I.gif (1019 bytes) What goods can't I send?

Many commodities are restricted according to destination. Please consult our list of Restricted Goods.

I.gif (1019 bytes) How long will my package take to get there?

Optimum expected transit times are given according to destination in the Worldwide Tariff. Dutiable consignments and deliveries to outlying areas may take longer to deliver. High Value items may be liable to Customs delay. We can also arrange a specific time for delivery by prior arrangement. Call Customer Service for more information.
