This system is designed to provide all our account customers with the latest information on the status of their consignments being shipped with us and is part of our ongoing commitment to provide the highest level of customer service.
*To obtain a password and a user name please contact customer service* To use this facility you will need to have been allocated a password and a user name. As an account customer you will already have a customer code which can be found in the address box on your pre-printed airwaybills or on your invoices. At the log-in page enter your details in the three fields provided. All being well you will receive a dialogue box informing you that you are logged-on. If this procedure fails please check your details. If correct then please contact us.
At the Consignment Enquiry page there are several fields
available. The best way to locate a particular consignment is to enter the unique
six digit airwaybill number in to the first box. If you do not know this number or
to browse multiple shipments you can enter any information you have in to the relevent
boxes below to perform a search. You can enter any information that appears on the
airwaybill in to the "wildcard" field.
To begin again or refine a search at any stage you can click on
"New Search" which will return you to the consignment enquiry page. |
