How To Send Your Shipment Via The Sprint Network
The only paperwork you need to complete is a Sprint Airwaybill (for documents and parcels) and a Proforma Invoice or Commercial Invoice for customs clearance purposes (for international non-document parcels only).

If you have a package for delivery, follow this simple six step guide:

  1. Complete Airwaybill and Customs Invoice (if necessary)

  2. Check your shipment is securely packaged

  3. Write the full destination on the Airwaybill and shipment with, preferably, a telephone number. We cannot deliver to a P.O.Box address without a telephone number

  4. Phone Sprint Customer Service on 020 8751 1111

  5. Tell us when your shipment will be ready for collection. Sprint will advise of the best collection time for optimum delivery

  6. State where in the building we should collect from, and remember to tell us what time you close

It really couldn't be simpler and if there is anything you are not sure about call our Customer Service Agents for advice. Remember, we can pack your shipments for you by prior arrangement and for multiple shipments, we can help you complete the paperwork.
